Why Should I Hire Law Practice, Ltd. To Assist With My Traffic Ticket?

Our traffic attorneys know the applicable law, court rules and procedures, and are committed to achieving the best possible result for each client. Additionally, by hiring Law Practice, Ltd., our clients can save time and money because they do not need to take time off of work to stand in long lines at the courthouse or attend a hearing.

Are There Any Guarantees That Law Practice, Ltd. Will Reduce My Fines, Points, And Traffic School? No. Nevada law prohibits any attorney from making any guarantees regarding the outcome of a particular case. However, in most cases, we are generally able to successfully plead/negotiate your traffic offense, and this can often result in a reduction or dismissal of the charge, a reduction of fines and penalties, elimination or reduction in demerit points reported to the DMV, and elimination of a requirement to attend traffic school. We usually are able to negotiate a more favorable result for our clients than they would have obtained had represented themselves or simply paid the ticket.

If I Just Pay My Ticket What Will Be The Likely Result? Usually, higher court fines, DMV Demerit points assessed against your driver's license, the time and expense of attending traffic school, and a potential increase in your insurance premiums.
